Our Journey
2022 – Company Founded
We started our journey with a passionate small team in a cozy 60 sqft office at Desa Pandan. From these humble beginnings, we planted the seeds for growth, innovation, and our long-term vision.
2023 – A New Chapter in Putrajaya
As our operations grew, we moved to a 100 sqft office in Precinct 15, Putrajaya. This new space gave us room to expand our team, improve our services, and embrace bigger opportunities.
2024 – Team Establishment of Kota Bharu Branch
To reach more clients and strengthen our local presence, we proudly opened a new branch in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This marked an exciting step in our journey of continuous growth.
2025 – New Headquarters at Putrajaya
Our headquarters moved to a larger, modern office in Putrajaya to support our growing team and operations. This move reflects our commitment to creating an inspiring workspace for everyone.
2026 – Branch Expansion in Kota Bharu
We are relocating our Kota Bharu branch to a bigger space in Pasir Tumbuh, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This expansion allows us to better serve our community and continue our journey of innovation and growth.

- NS & CO. Firm: NS & CO. (NF 2616) is a registered firm with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) under the Accountants Act, 1967.
- Practising Certificate: Nik Syahmi Nik Azlan and Mohd Amirul Mohd Isa are certified Chartered Accountants, officially authorised to provide professional accounting services.
- ASEAN CPA Registration: Nik Syahmi Nik Azlan is recognised as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant.
- Company Secretaries: Nik Syahmi Nik Azlan and Mohd Amirul Mohd Isa are certified Chartered Accountants and serve as the company's authorised Company Secretaries.
- MATA Membership: Nik Syahmi Nik Azlan and Mohd Amirul Mohd Isa are certified members of the Malaysian Association of Tax Accountants (MATA), recognised for their professional expertise in taxation and accounting.
- Public Sector Accountant: Nik Syahmi Nik Azlan is a Public Sector Accountant registered under PSA Malaysia - Accountant General's Department of Malaysia.
- HRD Corp Accredited Trainer: Nik Syahmi Nik Azlan is a Certified Trainer registered under Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) to conduct training in relation to Corporate Outsourcing Services.
Achievements
- Professional Appointment under the Ministry of Education Malaysia: Nik Syahmi Nik Azlan and Mohd Amirul Mohd Isa were appointed as Technical Advisors for the Accounting Program at Kolej Vokasional Sepang for the term 2025-2028.
